Dates for Chokyi Nyima Rinpoche’s 41st Annual Seminar!

On this auspicious full moon day, August, 22, 2021, when the monks have recited the Kagyü Gurtsho at Ka-Nying Shedrub Ling Monastery, we are delighted to announce that Chokyi Nyima Rinpoche has agreed to share his profound wisdom with the global sangha through eight days of teaching on the topic of Buddha Nature.

This year’s Annual Seminar will be streamed live in two parts. Part 1 will take place from November 13 through November 17.  November 18 will be a break day. Part 2 will begin on November 19 and end on November 21. We are fortunate to come together to receive these precious instructions at this unique time—how wonderful to gather online as a mandala of Rinpoche’s students!

In order to prepare for the seminar, Rinpoche encourages us all to listen to the teachings in the KNSL Teaching Room and the DharmaSun’s Teaching Room Archive at DharmaSun.org

At Rinpoche’s direction, registration for the seminar will begin on October 27, the auspicious day of Lhabab Düchen. A complete schedule of teachings and other important information will be given when registration opens.

The 41st Annual Seminar will be streamed for registered users live in English on DharmaSun and in multiple languages via Zoom. Recordings will be posted on DharmaSun shortly after each live session. However, all registrants are required to listen to Rinpoche’s teachings in sequential order.

The seminar will be divided into two segments:
1. Buddha Nature: Part One is open to all.
2. Buddha Nature: Part Two is open to those who:
a) have attended the first five days of this seminar; or
b) have finished at least The First Excellence of Tara’s Triple Excellence, or
c) have previously attended any full seminar with Rinpoche, either online, or in person.

The Annual RYI seminar offers a unique opportunity for students of all levels—from beginners to advanced practitioners—to receive rare and precious teachings from one of the world’s most esteemed Buddhist masters. We therefore ask that you share this opportunity with all those who might be interested in joining online.

Rinpoche will teach in Tibetan, and there will be translation into Chinese, English, Danish, German, Nepali, Portuguese, Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian, and Vietnamese.
