Before the Kindful Wisdom seminar began, Chokyi Nyima Rinpoche arrived at the castle and was warmly welcomed with the symbolic key, a moment filled with joy, laughter, and meaning. Rinpoche immediately shared his vision for this special place: not just a Buddhist university, but a living center where East and West meet, and where all religions are deeply respected and can come together in dialogue.

He expressed his heartfelt wish to invite scholars and practitioners of all traditions, Buddhism, Christianity, Hinduism and others, to live, learn, and teach side by side. A place where science and spirituality meet, where people connect heart to heart, and where education spans from kindergarten to university, rooted in Kindful Wisdom.

In the following days, Rinpoche visited the newly prepared rooms with students, bringing life to this emerging mandala. Soon after, the Mayor of Kremsmünster visited, a warm and meaningful meeting, where this vision for an international center of learning, respect, and collaboration was shared once more.
