Freeing the mind from within – Gomde Denmark

Discover how to make your mind available, set free your abilities, be ready and unoccupied, tolerant and kind, alone and with others.

Guided through the four levels of sincerity in our lives, we discover how to access our innermost resources for acceptance, compassion, respect and true insight.

This year we focus on understanding and integrating into personal experience the first two steps on the path of meditation:

•    Finding our inner seat
•    Making room in ourselves

In the tradition of the Dzogchen masters Tulku Urgyen and Chokyi Nyima Rinpoche, Erik teaches in a way that combines the Buddha’s teachings with personal experience. More details here.

Here is an essay by Erik on freeing the mind:

This retreat is for anyone with an interest in genuine meditative practice – beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Erik is available for personal interviews.
