Annual pilgrimage and teachings in Bodhgaya

For almost 40 years, Chökyi Nyima Rinpoche has made an annual pilgrimage to Bodhgaya in order to teach Carleton (formerly Antioch) study abroad students who are spending the fall semester at the Burmese Vihar. Although the teachings are organized by Carleton for their students, the public is welcome to attend.

This year the pilgrimage will take place from October 20-26. The teachings will begin on either October 20 or 21 and will finish on October 25.

You will need to arrange your own transportation to and from Bodhgaya and your own accommodation. There may be limited space available to stay at the Burmese Vihar.
